New Home Construction

True custom homes are a specialty that not all builders are equipped to deal with. I enjoy working with clients in designing and building the home of their dreams. Each home is as unique as it's owner.

I often work with clients starting at the design stage, working closely with the architect to design the perfect home. At this stage we incorporate as many details and customization as desired by the client as possible.

During the building stage, I enjoy input from my clients, so each detail of the project is as close to their dreams as possible.  I will also work to help clients stay within their budgets, showing alternative solutions and options.  

​Major Renovations and Additions

Major renovations of existing homes can present unique challenges. I have completed some very unique projects and enjoy working with clients to turn their home into a dream home.

Projects I have completed include porch enclosures, room additions, and even adding a second story to enlarge existing structures. (second story addition shown to left) These projects often require extra attention to details to ensure the structural integrity as well as aesthetics are brought together the best way possible.

I have also worked in conjunction my brother, Brian, in completing a historical restoration of a commercial building originally constructed in 1916.  Once known as White's Tackle Shop in the historic area of downtown Ft. Pierce, it is now home to Whimsy Boutique.
 

Renovations and Remodels

Some clients purchase a home or are living in a home that needs to be updated. Updating kitchens, baths, and other areas of the home add value, functionality, and enjoyment. 

Also, updating windows, doors, or siding not only add to the beauty but may help make a home more energy efficient and secure.
